Leesong Hee-il

This is a Korean name; the family name is Leesong.

Leesong Hee-il (Hangul: 이송희일; born 1971) is a South Korean film director whose first feature film No Regret is regarded as "the first real Korean gay feature."^[1] The film won him Best Independent Director at the 2006 Director's CUT Awards.^[2] Leesong is openly gay.^[3]
